VERTICAL ELEVATORS

Tecno Lift vertical elevators / loaders with vibrating hoppers are the most effective solution for feeding any production process involving fasteners in . Our personnel designs and fabricates vertical elevators / loaders for any application, and which integrate easily into an existing line to cater for any possible technical or logistical requisite. Constructed with extraordinary precision for superlative mechanical efficiency, these vertical elevators / loaders with vibrating hoppers contribute to optimising and automating the production process. All the machines designed and manufactured by Tecno Lift are fully tested before delivery to the end client.

The vibrating action of the hopper ensures a continuous feed of product, resupplying the vertical lifting system with exactly the right quantity of parts. The integrated sensor stops vibration when the loader hopper is full, preventing the risk of faults or malfunction. This system limits the involvement of the operator, whose only task is to tip fasteners into the vibrating hopper, while the hopper itself is fully automated, delivering precisely the correct quantity of fasteners to the production system.

On receipt of the fasteners, they are lifted to the required height by the conveyor and tipped onto the counter-rotating rollers. A linear vibration system then distributes the fasteners in the feed guides, with adjustable spacing and inclination depending on the dimensions of the fasteners. The feed guides are constructed in special steel with tempered chute surfaces to resist the wear caused by constant contact with the fasteners. Excess fasteners fall into a container connected to the loader hopper and are re-introduced into the production process without interrupting the operation of the machine.

Vertical elevators / loaders may also be equipped with control panels for setting the vibration intensity of the hopper and the speed of the conveyor, to tailor the feed rate precisely to the needs of the production process.

VIBRATING HOPPERS

Minimizes the Loading Operations

Loading hoppers are vibration controlled, able to supply a consistent quantity of pieces to the loading device. The system of loading is managed by a sensor that stops the vibration when the correct quantity of pieces to

be loaded has been achieved. The vibration is generated by a linear vibratory motion. The loading surface is coated to reduce noise and avoid damage to the transported pieces. The load capacities are listed in the table.

Continuous and Precise

Porter is a system that automates the loading cycle of pieces to a vibrator or other feeding systems. It consists of a loading hopper and a lifting system with a fixed upright and a mobile bucket. The loading hopper, always in combination with the Porter device, is made of steel sheet and it is internally lined with shockproof material. This system has the advantage of transporting the pieces inside the feeding system without them coming into contact with the mechanism that generates the movement of the Porter.

This solution avoids any possibility of jamming or failure. The correct functioning of the system is reliably managed by the logic of the machine, which controls the presence level of the pieces and always guarantees the correct quantity of rivets or washers in the vibrator.

BELT FEEDER

Type: Loading

The conveyor belts are available with different coatings according to the type of pieces to be handled. The flights are available in mesh, roller shutter or even in plastic. The belts have a fixed hopper with an antijamming system to facilitate the positioning of the pieces on the conveyor belts without damaging them. The belt elevates the pieces towards an unloading mouth connected to the unit being loaded. The dimension of the elevator belts can be defined according to the customer’s needs and are customized in terms of hopper size and loading height.

The conveyors are designed to evacuate any type of piece. The design is made according to the available dimensions and the pieces to be handled. A series of coatings and / or mats are available to optimize the fluids

and parts management, and to ensure the recycling of oils with perfect discharge of parts without damage. The belts are also designed to transport scraps, shavings or other.

SUB-BATCHING UNIT

Tecno Lift lotifiers allow automatic batch seperation of the pieces produced by any type of machine. The lotifier is fed directly from the machine or via a conveyor belt that unloads the pieces into the trays. After

reaching a pre-set quantity, the lotifier automatically indexes, presenting the next empty tray. In this way the machine can work automatically without the presence of the operator for the duration of the trays filling. The lotifier stops the machine if the operator does not intervene to check the pieces, when every tray becomes full.

The operator, after checking the conformity of the last pieces in the final tray, can empty the trays with a simple tilting movement. Our lotifiers are available with n. 6, 8 or 10 trays and supplied as a stand-alone unit with its electrical cabinet.
